Revver support

Account
I can't sign in. Make sure you're using the same method you signed up with: an account created with "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google" can't be found using an email address and password, even if it's the same address. Otherwise, use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen.
Delete my account and data. In the app: Account → Delete my account. Vehicles, photos and documents are permanently erased. This action is irreversible and can't be undone on our end.
Getting my garage back on a new phone. Install Revver and sign in with the same account: vehicles, records and maintenance history come back automatically. Encrypted documents remain stored on the old device and need to be re-imported.
Subscription
Restore a purchase. Open the Premium screen and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase.
- iOSSettings → your name → Subscriptions → Revver → Cancel Subscription.
- AndroidPlay Store → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Revver → Cancel.
Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Premium access stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds. Payments are collected by Apple or Google: refund requests go through them (reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, the Play Store order history for Android). We have no control over these refunds.
Features
I'm not getting maintenance reminders. Check that notifications are allowed for Revver in your system settings, and that the vehicle in question has a due date or mileage set.
Weather alerts aren't triggering. They require location permission. Enable it for Revver in your system settings, then re-enable alerts from the Account screen.
Shared garage: who sees what? The owner manages members and all content; an editor adds and edits vehicles and maintenance entries; a viewer can look without changing anything.
Exporting my maintenance log. From a vehicle's page, the PDF export generates the full record and log with receipts. PDF export is part of the Premium plan.
Report a security issue
If you believe you've found a vulnerability, write to us directly at app.sisyphe gmail.com rather than disclosing it publicly. These reports are handled as a priority.
